ELT Solutions were commissioned to deliver a tailored and locally designed Leadership Development Programme, that started with Directors and extended down to tier 4 management. They also ran a related Core Management Skills programme. Over the past 5 years the Council has developed a strong working relationship with the ELT Solutions Directors, Sue and Claire, which has allowed them to deliver senior leadership training very adaptively and to an extremely high quality. In all around 500 managers have taken part in the programme and all programmes have been very well delivered recognising the needs of the Council and individuals. ELT Solutions provided a series of 3 Leadership modules for senior management across the council. Each module was managed and facilitated in such a way that all delegates were able to get significant benefit in terms of self insight and personal development.
